The website offers handmade pet products for sale, such as leashes, collars, toys, accessories, and other items. Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, or materials from the photos.

3. Orders

• All products are manufactured by us.

• The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been completed.

4. Prices & Payments

• All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• We accept the available payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Payment details are not stored by us, but by the respective providers.

• In the event of an error in the price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and fully inform the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipments are made through partner courier companies.

• Delivery times depend on the region and the volume of the order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or listed on the website.

6. Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

6.1 General Terms

Due to the handmade nature of our products, special return conditions apply:

• We do not offer refunds.,

unless the product is delivered with an actual defect.

• In case of product return, only store credit is provided.

The credit balance:

• issued within 5 business days

• can be used for a new order

• valid for 6 months

6.2 Product Changes

You can request a change within 14 days upon purchase.

Requirements:

• The product must be unused, clean and in excellent condition.

• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

• No changes can be made to personalized products (e.g., special names, colors made upon request).

• Shipping costs for returns and reshipments charge the customer.

6.3 Defective Products

In case of receipt of a defective product:

• You must notify us within 48 hours from tradition.

• You will be asked to provide photos of the problem for verification.

• If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced free of charge.

• If replacement is not possible, the following is carried out refund.

• Return and reshipment shipping costs are covered by us.

Note: Minor differences due to handmade construction are not considered a defect.

6.4 Liability upon return

• The customer is responsible for the product until we receive it.

• We recommend shipping with a tracking number.

All content (photos, texts, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
