Ordering & Returns Policy
1. Orders
All our products are handmade, are made to order and may vary slightly in color, size, or texture.
The order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed.
Once confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as the manufacturing process begins.
2. Right of Return
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
We do not offer refunds.
(except in cases of defect – see below for details).
In case of product return, only store credit is provided.
which you can use on a future purchase.
The credit balance:
issued within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product
is valid 6 months
3. Product Changes
You can exchange a product within 14 days upon purchase.
The product must be unused, in original packaging and without signs of wear.
Shipping costs for returning the product and shipping the new product charge the customer.
Changes to personalized or custom sizes/colors may not be available.
4. Defective Products
If you receive a product with a genuine defect:
You must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt, with photographs.
The product is either replaced at no cost or provided refund if replacement is not possible.
We cover the shipping costs.
Minor differences due to handmade construction are not considered defects.
5. Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
The product must be in its original condition.
It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
The products that have been used not accepted.
6. Shipping & Liability upon Return
The customer is solely responsible for the product until we receive it.
We recommend sending with tracking number.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
