1. Orders<\/strong><\/p>

  • All our products are handmade<\/strong>, are made to order and may vary slightly in color, size, or texture.<\/p><\/li>

  • The order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed.<\/p><\/li>

  • Once confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as the manufacturing process begins.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Right of Return<\/strong><\/p>

    Due to the handmade nature of our products:<\/p>

    We do not offer refunds.<\/strong><\/p>

    (except in cases of defect \u2013 see below for details).<\/p>

    In case of product return, only store credit is provided.<\/strong><\/p>

    which you can use on a future purchase.<\/p>

    The credit balance:<\/p>

    • issued within 5 business days<\/strong> from the receipt of the returned product<\/p><\/li>

    • is valid 6 months<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Product Changes<\/strong><\/p>

      • You can exchange a product within 14 days<\/strong> upon purchase.<\/p><\/li>

      • The product must be unused<\/strong>, in original packaging<\/strong> and without signs of wear.<\/p><\/li>

      • Shipping costs for returning the product and shipping the new product charge the customer<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Changes to personalized<\/strong> or custom sizes\/colors may not be available.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Defective Products<\/strong><\/p>

        If you receive a product with a genuine defect:<\/p>

        • You must notify us within 48 hours<\/strong> upon receipt, with photographs.<\/p><\/li>

        • The product is either replaced at no cost or provided refund<\/strong> if replacement is not possible.<\/p><\/li>

        • We cover the shipping costs.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Minor differences due to handmade construction are not considered defects.<\/em><\/p>

          5. Return Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

          For a return or exchange to be accepted:<\/p>

          • The product must be in its original condition.<\/p><\/li>

          • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.<\/p><\/li>

          • The products that have been used not accepted<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Shipping & Liability upon Return<\/strong><\/p>

            • The customer is solely responsible for the product until we receive it.<\/p><\/li>

            • We recommend sending with tracking number.<\/p><\/li>
